The ICTU Staff Panel of Health Trade Unions has written to the HSE regarding the change of responsibility for disability services to the Department of Children, Equality Inclusion, Youth and Disability Services.
The Staff Panel believes it is necessary to have a discussion in relation to a reciprocal National Joint Council model for the orderly conduct of industrial relations, given that responsibility has now transferred from the Department of Health to Minister Roderic O’Gorman’s Department.
