As well as working internationally with other unions and workers representative groups SIPTU has a proud tradition of supporting campaigns for justice across the globe. This campaigning is done both in conjunction with the ICTU and through voluntary work undertaken by union activists and organisers.

Within the Union work is also undertaken to raise awareness of international solidarity issues amongst our members and generate an understanding of the global nature of many of the problems facing working people.
