Following SIPTU members’ vote not to accept the Pay Modernisation and Transformation proposals in the National Ambulance Sector last year, talks have been ongoing between the Union and National Ambulance Service management on an alternative proposed framework agreement under the auspices of the Workplace Relations Commission.
