The Irish Congress of Trade Unions Biennial Delegate Conference 2013 will take place from July 2-4, in the Assembly Rooms, Belfast. The theme of BDC 2013 is Decent Work, Better Future and, over the three days, some 500 delegates will debate motions on securing a just resolution to the economic crisis, job creation and decent work, equality, international concerns and proposals on the future structure of the trade union movement on this island. Congress represents some 800,000 workers in 48 affiliated unions.
