The group of unions affiliated to the Right2Water campaign will host a series of ‘town hall’ meetings in the coming weeks at approximately 30 locations across the country. The purpose of these meetings is to encourage public discussion of the Right2Change ‘Policy Principles’ document which presents a set of key concerns that should form the basis of a future progressive government. The ‘Policy Principles’ document was agreed following discussions between representatives of community groups, progressive political parties and trade unions at two delegate conferences hosted by the Right2Water unions earlier this year. The Right2Change Road Show meetings are open to the public.
