SIPTU representatives have called on members to support for the #SupportOurSecretaries rallies taking place tomorrow (Friday 10th January) to highlight the campaign by school secretaries for respect and fair conditions at work. SIPTU Sector Organiser, Karl Byrne said: “Our members working in the education sector are fully behind school secretaries in their struggle for respect and fair conditions at work. We are encouraging SIPTU members who are free to attend any of the planned actions at lunchtime tomorrow to do so, in order to show their support for these vital workers.” The rallies are taking place tomorrow (Friday, 10th January) at 1.00 p.m. at the following three locations:• Leinster House, Kildare Street, Dublin 2.• The constituency offices of the Minister for Education Joe McHugh, Grier House, Lower Main Street, Letterkenny, County Donegal.• The offices of the Department of Education and Skills, Cornamaddy, Athlone, County Westmeath
